SFM6104 は、6U OpenVPX 40 Gb/s Ethernet または InfiniBand スイッチボード (システムマネージメント機能付) です。
Data Plane:10GB-KX4/40GB-KR4 または InfiniBand (FDR-10, QDR, DDR), Control Plane : 1000B-KX, 最大18 payload などを備えています。
VPX REDI VITA48.1(空冷),48.2(伝熱冷却),48.7(Air Flow-By)の冷却方式をサポートしています。
動作温度範囲は、-40℃〜+71 ℃ (温度拡張版,伝導冷却方式)に対応しています。
